2.1. System composition

Three, working principle

3.1 2.4G active radio frequency card:

Constructors or workers carry them with them, usually on their belts or helmets. The card has two-way and one-way: the one-way card can only send its own ID number. The two-way card can not only send information to the monitoring center, but the monitoring center can also send information to each construction worker. At the same time, the two-way card has a button and indicator light. , You can press the emergency button to call for help in case of danger. If the general project is mainly based on attendance, it is recommended to use a single card; if the system is mainly based on attendance and positioning, it is recommended to use a two-way card. For example: when there is a special situation in the tunnel, the construction staff only needs to press a button, and the monitoring center will sound an alarm. When something happens in the monitoring center, the monitoring center can send a signal to each of the construction workers, or it can send a group message to indicate it through the indicator light.

3.2 2.45G long-distance card reader:

No matter it is inside or outside the tunnel, a card reader needs to be installed. At least 2 units are required in one system. If it’s positioning, you need more. Specific installation should be carried out according to the conditions of the tunnel. The general principle is to install one every 150 meters, and it can also be installed in corners and some areas that require special monitoring. The positioning principle of this system is regional positioning, which is based on the position of each reader. 3.3 RS232/485 converter:

The system adopts RS485 transmission mode, and the main function of the converter is to convert RS485 signal to 232 signal, which is connected to the computer through the serial line.

The wireless bridge is used for the wireless transmission of personnel positioning signals in the tunnel and the wireless transmission of the video monitoring system in the tunnel.

3.5 The host computer of the management center:

Installed in the monitoring room not far from the tunnel entrance, the computer is equipped with attendance and positioning software, and the construction personnel are monitored through the computer. It is connected to the terminal through a serial port. At the same time, the host computer also controls the display content of the LED screen.

3.6 LED display:

Installed near the tunnel entrance, used to display the information of the construction personnel, so that the management is advanced and transparent.
