2. System principle

The system uses wireless radio frequency technology to wear and install electronic identity tags for sentries, guns, and magazines. The tags and locators communicate through zigbee from time to time. The locator connects to the upper management computer, and the administrator can monitor the sentry, firearms, and ammunition through the upper computer. Whether the clip is in the specified sentry area, if it exceeds the sentry area, the locator will not be able to read the tag information, and the system will automatically alarm.

Gun tag: The tag uses the 2.4G frequency band with built-in power supply. The tag and a strong magnetic buckle are locked on the butt to prevent manual disassembly. System database:

A database is designed in the system software platform, and the database contains the following data details: the number of the company on duty, the number of personnel on the company on duty, the specific information of each personnel, the model, specification, production date of the firearm on duty, etc., all of which can be combined with The tag link of personnel, firearms, and magazines, that is, when the system receives the ID number of the tag, the specific information corresponding to the tag can be retrieved from the database. The system can add or delete information in the database.

The system can be set according to the actual application situation:

The sentry should be sent within the range of the sentry box or the gate; the number of guns held by the sentry; the number of magazines; the number of bullets in each magazine; the system refresh frequency of tags and other information. The system can add or delete the above settings.

System workflow:

Sentinel cards, gun tags, and magazine tags are active radio frequency tags that can send data to the locator from time to time. The tags store the unique ID number, name, affiliated company, model, etc. of the person or item. After the locator uploads the central base station, the base station will transmit the received information to the upper computer through the network cable (TCP/IP) or serial port (232/485) from time to time. The upper computer uses the same hardware interface as the base station to convert and organize the data. Into a digital signal. The system will automatically derive the current day’s duty details based on the date and time, such as who should be on duty; what kind of guns should be used on duty; how many magazines should be equipped to perform duties, etc. When the system receives the tag information, it first compares it with the duty details in the database. If it does not match, the system will alarm, and then prompt the manager to check or adjust. If it is correct, the system will periodically refresh the label information according to the original refresh frequency. The information received by the system must be the sentinel card, gun label, and magazine label. If one is missing, it will be read. Alarm, remind the management personnel, the management personnel use the walkie-talkie to inform the soldiers to adjust to the correct position, or to conduct inspections.
