The inspection items are divided into 4 types: single option, multiple options, numerical value, and remarks.
Remarks: It is a category in which inspectors can freely input Chinese based on actual conditions. This situation often occurs when inspectors find some problems, but these problems are not in the set inspection items.

4. Installation location card

6. Upload inspection records

Transmission via intranet computer terminal
If the application environment is an enterprise intranet environment, the inspection records can be uploaded to the inspection management system database through a nearby computer connected to the enterprise LAN. Transmission via Ethernet
Only the VX5000N Ethernet remote communication socket, after connecting the network cable to the VX5000N, the VF8000 and VX5000N adopt infrared communication, and the inspection records in the VF8000 are saved in the VX5000N, and then the VX5000N is automatically connected to the server through the Ethernet. And upload the inspection records to the database.
There is 16M FLASH memory in VX5000N, which can save about 65000 inspection records. If you encounter a network failure, you can cache multiple records in the VF8000. Due to the use of FLASH to store records, the records will not be lost even if the VX5000N is powered off, and the records can be stored for more than 10 years. If the Ethernet cannot be repaired in a short time, the VX5000N and the server can also communicate directly with the server through infrared or serial port to upload records.
Because VX5000N adopts embedded technology inside, it is not interfered by viruses. Compared with computer terminals, it is more stable and reliable and has a long lifespan, so it is a good choice.
Transmission via telephone line
The difference from VX5000N is that VX5000M can upload inspection records to the database via telephone line instead of Ethernet. However, it is required to connect the telephone line MODEM on the server side. If there are more VF8000s, the MODEM pool can be used on the server side to avoid conflicts.
VX5000M only occupies the phone line when transmitting data, and does not affect the normal use of the phone, that is, you can connect the VX5000M to the original phone line in parallel.
Transmission via GSM network
Use the GPRS transmitter of the GSM network to establish a connection with the wireless receiving server through the Internet, and transmit the inspection records to the database. In this way, the wireless receiving server must be connected to the Internet (Internet public network).
Different from the remote cradle mode, the GSM mode transmits data in real time, without the function of data caching. In addition, GPRS transmission requires monthly payment to China Mobile based on traffic and monthly rent. The advantage is that it is more flexible and does not require Ethernet, telephone lines, computers and other equipment.
Direct transmission via infrared cradle
When the system is not very large, the inspection records can also be transmitted through direct communication with the database server through the infrared communication socket.
This method is the simplest, and the equipment investment is the least. The disadvantage is that it cannot be adapted when there are many users and the factory is relatively large.
