In recent years, some coal mine accidents have been targeted. Our analysis found the following security risks:
(1) The information communication between the ground and underground personnel is not timely;
(2) It is difficult for surface personnel to dynamically grasp the distribution and operation of underground personnel in a timely manner;
(3) Once an accident occurs, the efficiency of emergency rescue and safety rescue is low, and the rescue effect is poor.
For this reason, how to correctly handle the relationship between safety and production, safety and benefit, and how to accurately, real-time and quickly perform coal mine safety monitoring functions to ensure the efficient operation of emergency rescue and safety rescue is particularly important and urgent. For this reason, on the basis of summarizing the experience of radio frequency identification technology, the company adopts RFID automatic identification technology and network video monitoring to develop and design a “monitoring and tracking management system for underground personnel and equipment in coal mines.” The above-mentioned management system organically combines cutting-edge long-distance radio frequency identification technology, network communication technology and automatic control technology, and solves the problem that the system products are used in the safe operation of equipment underground in coal mines, network data communication, long-distance data transmission, signal conversion interface and Information processing and other technical problems will provide effective scientific and technological support for coal mine personnel, equipment monitoring, control and tracking management, and production statistics management, which will surely promote the economic development of coal mine enterprises.
System design principles and functions:
1) Coal mine production units install FTRD dynamic target recognizers, monitors and underground substation equipment at the intersections of underground tunnels and work surfaces.
2) Coal production units issue and equip the underground workers with FTRD identification cards (identification cards are installed on the helmets); at the same time, they also install FTRD identification cards for underground equipment.
3) The system database records the basic information of the person corresponding to the FTRD identification card, including basic information such as name, age, gender, team, type of work, position, photo, validity period and other basic information, as well as basic information such as the weight of the equipment.
4) The FTRD identification card will become effective after the production unit authorizes it. The scope of authorization includes: tunnels or work surfaces that the employee can enter. In order to prevent irrelevant and illegal persons from entering the tunnel or work surface, the system is equipped with a time management module for access to the tunnel or work surface of the card, as well as card failure and loss reporting.
5) The staff entering the tunnel must carry the FTRD identification card with them. When the card holder passes the location where the identification system is set, the system will read the card number information, and pass the card holder through the system transmission network. Time and other data are transmitted to the ground monitoring center for data management; if the collected card number is invalid, no card or access to restricted channels, the system will automatically alarm, and the personnel on duty in the monitoring center receive the alarm signal and immediately execute the relevant safety work management procedures.
6) When the equipment is recognized by the system when it passes the location where the recognition system is set up, the system will read the card number information, and transmit the location and time of the equipment through the system transmission network to the ground monitoring center for control and management.
7) Visual management is realized through the monitor, and can be controlled through the network.
8) Once a safety accident occurs in the tunnel, the monitoring center can know the basic situation and location of the trapped person in the first time, which is convenient for the development of accident rescue work.
9) The system can automatically generate reports on the statistics and management of attendance operations to improve management efficiency
