1 Project background

1.1 Overview

Traditional public security camera inspections use manual inspections and manual paper media recording. This inspection method has many shortcomings: it relies on the initiative of inspectors, lacks a supervision mechanism, and is prone to missed inspections and failures in inspections. In place, etc.; the processing cycle from discovery to resolution of camera problems is too long, manual inspection results are prone to errors; it is impossible to feedback on-site conditions in time, and so on. In order to solve the problems of this traditional inspection method, our company has launched an RFID inspection system.

1.2. Construction requirements

The traditional methods of manual inspection and manual recording lack systematic means, unified supervision of the state of all cameras in the entire system, and lack of active camera inspection mechanism. Normal inspections mainly rely on the initiative of personnel, lack of supervision mechanism, and are prone to missed inspections. , Non-inspection, inadequate inspection, etc., the processing cycle from discovery to resolution of the problem is long, manual recording is prone to errors, low efficiency, and unable to accurately assess the inspection work.

With the development and maturity of RFID radio frequency identification technology and mobile operating systems, the promotion of electronic tagging management, electronic monitoring and online monitoring for inspections and other information management technologies has achieved good results in realizing a new leap from traditional manual processing to modern intelligent management. technical foundation. The camera inspection management system is based on RFID technology and can be combined with wireless communication technology to realize the functions of strict inspection, fast warranty, and real-time status monitoring.

1.3. Construction goals

Adopt electronic inspection method to understand the status of all cameras and inspection results in real time;

Use advanced RFID handheld devices to realize real-time data transmission and serve the entire system;

Reduce missed inspections, inadequate inspections and other lazy behaviors caused by subjective errors of personnel;

Realize rapid data query and fault location;

Provide effective basis for personnel assessment.

2 Application of Public Security Camera Intelligent Inspection System

The camera inspection system achieves the above requirements and goals. It is necessary to install an anti-metal RFID tag in each pole box. The tag code is consistent with the pole box number. Each inspector scans the RFID tag to confirm after opening the box. The inspection task is completed, and the inspection form is filled in the RFID handheld device, and the inspection completion information can be uploaded to the back-end database of the inspection system through the wireless network. The inspection results will be uploaded in real-time over the wireless network as much as possible, instead of using the Internet centralized upload mode, to maximize the timeliness of the update of inspection information.

The background system manager can view the completion of the inspection task, and can issue a new inspection task to the mobile phone of the inspector. And then assess the completion of the inspection task.

If a fault occurs, the system will automatically generate a fault inspection task. The system manager can send the fault information to the designated inspector through the task assignment function, and the inspector can rush to the location of the fault after downloading the fault information through the RFID handheld device Handle the fault and report the result of the fault.
