1. Project goal


Zhuhai Yitong Information Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the implementation of RFID technology equipment and system integration feasibility solutions. It integrates the current management status and actual needs of the AA commercial building, and builds an effective trolley tracking solution with the help of RFID radio frequency equipment and system integration. Achieve the following goals:

1) Trolley list management. Each purchased car is affixed with an RFID tag, which is assigned a unique code and integrated into the software integrated management.
2) Management of the trolley going out. When the trolley is about 8 meters out of the door, it will automatically send a signal through the trolley’s RFID tag, which will be received by the antenna and transferred to the reader for recording and integrated into the software system.
3) Car entry management. When the entrance of the trolley is about 8 meters away, the trolley RFID tag automatically sends out a signal, which is received by the antenna and transferred to the reader to record and integrate it into the software system; the management personnel of the retracted trolley are identified in the system.
4) When the trolley arrives at the exit position of B2/C2, a control and early warning will be given.
5) SMS reminder when the car goes out. When the car goes out, it sends a short message notification to the designated mobile phone through the RFID integrated system, and integrates the mobile phone short message prompt function.
6) Trolley entry and exit management report. The RFID integrated software system can query the entry and exit status table of each vehicle’s license plate number and the location of the door.

  
2. Solution design

1.1 Principles of Scheme Design

Using the principle of radar reflection, the reader sends a microwave inquiry signal to the electronic tag through the antenna. The electronic tag is activated by the microwave energy of the reader, and responds after receiving the microwave signal and sends out an echo signal with tag data information. The basic feature of radio frequency identification technology is to use radio technology to identify stationary or moving cars, to determine the identity of the car to be identified, and to extract the characteristic information (or identification information) of the car to be identified.

The characteristic information of the car to be identified collected through the radio frequency identification system is usually processed by the middleware first to realize the integration, sharing, and long-distance transmission of information to directly serve the asset tracking application system.

1.2 Features of RFID technology management function:

Radio frequency identification technology is suitable for long-distance, high-speed moving, non-contact object identification. Its main features are:
(1) Electronic tags can store information. In addition to the ID number of the attached object, it can also store additional data such as time, location, and operating procedures, and can rewrite these data in real time as needed for the next stage of data processing;
(2) The reader can process the data of multiple tags at a time non-contact, and the reading distance can reach more than ten meters as needed;
(3) The reading and writing of electronic tags is not affected by water, oil, mud and other stains on the surface of the tag, nor is it affected by light; it can pass through transparent or non-transparent materials such as glass, paper, plastic, and wood for identification and communication ;Even on the metal surrounding or surface, the specially designed electronic tag can still work normally;
(4) The data in the electronic tag can be added and repeatedly rewritten, which is very meaningful for the storage and communication of real-time data. This feature makes the tag recyclable and reusable.

1.3 Description of the trolley management process

a) Each purchased car is affixed with an anti-metal RFID tag, and the management staff attaches an RFID tag to identify the identity code to facilitate automatic identification and management in the future.
b) The code of each trolley enters the software system to generate a list of trolleys;
c) RFID equipment configuration: One fixed reader and three antennas are installed at the entrance of A2/A3 (two A3, one A2, one reader in total); one fixed reader and one antenna are installed at the entrance of A1 A fixed reader and one antenna are installed at the entrance of B1/B1, (a total of one reader); C1/C21 is installed at the entrance of a fixed reader and one antenna, (a total of readers One).
d) When the customer pushes the trolley out of the door, feedback to the reader through the RFID antenna and writes the encoded trolley information into the software system. At the same time, it sends a short message notification to the designated mobile phone number. The system can display the number of the trolley and the number of the exit location. Time and other information;
e) When the trolley pushes the doorway, it feeds back to the reader through the RFID antenna and writes the code information of the trolley and the management staff into the software system. The system can display the entry trolley number, management staff number, exit location number, time, etc. information;
f) When the trolley reaches B2 and C2, the antenna receives the signal and feeds it back to the reader, and then sends an early warning message to the corresponding person in charge through the management system, and records it in the system.
g) The six collection point readers integrate data to the software server through the local area network. Through the software system, you can query the detailed list of all the cars’ in and out of storage.
