Application of RFID Technology in Tobacco Warehouse Logistics
[ad_1]
1 Background and purpose
At the request of the State Administration, various commercial enterprises will successively implement code-to-bar projects. In order to better cooperate with the implementation of the National Bureau’s code-to-bar project in various commercial enterprises, improve operational efficiency, and at the same time, change the current existing logistics and storage mode as little as possible, use pallets as carriers for multiple cigarettes, and adopt pallet signs The method of associating cigarette information enables the cigarette barcode information collection system to collect relevant information simply and quickly, and prepare to implement the work of piece-to-pack pallet stack correlation and whole pallet-to-goods storage scanning in the commercial warehousing link. Picking and picking use the outbound link to implement the entire pallet outbound scanning work. include:
1. Use radio frequency technology (RFID) to establish a stack association for the cigarettes that arrive one by one, and ensure the real-time correlation of the stacks and their consistency with the physical object; perform a whole pallet for the whole pallet to the cargo. Scan, increase the efficiency of warehousing scanning.
2. Establish the logistics tracking of pallet finished products based on the association of parts and stacks to improve operation efficiency. It is closely integrated with the three-scan work of the code-to-bar project to improve the efficiency of sorting, receiving and outgoing in commercial enterprises (scan code by pallet).
Generally speaking, the project is aimed at the actual needs of commercial companies for scanning and coding to barcodes on commercial arrivals. Combining the application characteristics of RFID such as non-contact, large storage capacity, and fast reading speed, it combines coding to barcodes for commercial enterprises. Scan RFID application is designed.
2 Design content
The application is designed for commercial warehouses of tobacco companies as follows:
2.1 Inbound link
For cigarettes that arrive one by one, the barcode of the No. 1 engineering cigarette is collected while scanning in the warehouse, and the barcode data is written into the electronic label of the corresponding pallet through the RFID device; for the cigarette that arrives on the entire pallet, it is scanned by the RFID device The electronic label realizes the whole pallet scan code and put into the warehouse.
2.2 Warehousing
Use RFID mobile equipment for stacking information adjustment.
2.3 Sorting and outgoing links
The barcode data of cigarettes is read from the electronic tags through RFID equipment to complete the sorting and retrieval and out-of-warehouse scanning.
3 Overall system design
3.1 Scan the code and put the cigarettes into the warehouse
In the piece-by-piece warehousing link of cigarettes, the 32-bit barcode on the cigarettes is collected through the Bluetooth scanner, and then passed to the control system for certain logic processing. Then use the cigarette barcode package for operation.
1. Manually put the cigarette unloading truck on the pallet for manual palletizing.
2. Use the Bluetooth scanner to collect the cigarette bar code, collect the bar code data, and process the scanned data through the mobile trolley computer, and send it to the background control station through the wireless network.
3. After the stacking is completed, enter the next working process, and the stacking information needs to be written into the electronic label of the pallet.
3.2 pallet information writing
After the stacking of cigarettes is completed, the operation of writing electronic tags is required, that is, stacking information writing. By scanning any cigarette barcode on the tray, the corresponding barcode packet data is obtained from the barcode packet database, and the RFID device is controlled to compress the barcode packet data into the electronic label, and the writing result is displayed by the signal light.
1. Scan the barcode of any piece of cigarette in the tray, and the system will get the barcode information of the whole pallet;
2. Write the barcode information of the entire pallet into the electronic label in the pallet;
3. If the electronic label is written successfully, the alarm light will prompt the user that the operation is successful, and the pallet can be transported into the warehouse; if the writing fails, the alarm light will alarm and enter the error handling process until the writing is successful;
4. The stacks (pallets) with successfully written information are put into storage.
3.3 Scanning the entire pallet upon arrival
In the warehousing link of the entire pallet of cigarettes, RFID equipment is used to read the data in the electronic tag on the pallet, and the corresponding barcode information of the cigarette is obtained through decryption and analysis, and the entire pallet of cigarettes is scanned in the warehouse, and the reading result is carried out through the signal light. show.
1. The forklift transports the entire pallet of cigarettes to the buried antenna, and the RFID device reads the data in the electronic tag.
2. When the electronic tag is read successfully, the alarm light prompts the user that the operation is successful, and the pallet can be transported into the warehouse; if the reading fails, the alarm light alarms and enters the error handling process until the reading is successful.
3. The forklift transports the scanned entire pallet of cigarettes to the corresponding cargo space.
3.4 Adjustment of stacking information
In the warehousing process, due to objective conditions such as possible damage to the cigarettes on the pallet, artificial replacement, etc., it is necessary to perform the correction operation of the electronic label data or the cigarette bar code group information in the system when the specific cigarettes on the pallet are changed, so as to ensure the pallet The data of the electronic label in the middle or the barcode group information of the cigarette in the system corresponds correctly to the barcode data of the specific cigarette on the tray.
3.5 Outbound scanning for picking and picking by stack
When sorting and picking out of the warehouse, use RFID read-write equipment to read the data of the electronic tag on the tray, and obtain the corresponding cigarette barcode information through decryption and analysis to meet the needs of sorting and picking out of the warehouse to scan and collect the barcode information of the cigarette. Ensure the normal data collection of the outbound scanning system for sorting and picking.
4 System effect
The system is easy to operate, easy to master, use and maintain; it has good system performance, high processing efficiency, flexible use, and fast running speed; it has good security, a complete and secure information admission and transmission system; Good openness, reliability and scalability. With mature technology, the intelligent management of the warehouse of tobacco commercial companies has been realized, which not only complements the “two sweeps and three sweeps” project of the National Bureau, but also solves the previous management confusion, complicated operations, low efficiency, and manpower in warehouse management. Problems such as high cost.
