Automatic weighing RFID application scheme

1. Application requirements
Large energy-consuming enterprises have a large number of material transportation vehicles coming in and out every day, requiring procedures such as parking, registration, and weighing. The data is manually entered into the computer by the operator. This is not only time-consuming, but also has a large error rate. In addition, it is easy to breed man-made fraud. , Causing a lot of economic losses to the enterprise.
The traditional management mode of weighing vehicles is: when the vehicle arrives at the factory, it needs to stop and register. After the registration is completed, the weighing is performed, and then the vehicle number, unit, product name and other data are manually input into the computer, and then the measurement is performed. The whole process is time-consuming , And increase the work intensity of the operator, manually or keyboard input vehicle over-balance times, weighing vehicle number information, weighing time, etc., there are the following phenomena:
1). The collection of information relies on manual input, and the input of digital symbols is prone to errors, and it is difficult to achieve real-time information and accuracy:
2). The over-balance speed is slow, and the vehicle queues up and over-balance occurs when the vehicle is over-balanced peak.
3). Some errors are even caused by humans. For example, after the vehicle is weighed on the truck scale, the driver does not load it, but replaces the vehicle license plate and overbalances the vehicle twice, causing huge economic losses for the company.
2. System design
Make all the vehicles to be measured carry “electronic license plates”—that is, radio frequency tags (TAG). When the vehicles are weighed and measured, the electronic license plates will be automatically recognized by the special reading equipment. And the electronic license plate cannot be removed once installed (to solve the “clone car” problem). Write the weighing mark in the electronic license plate to solve the problem of “repetitive weighing”.
The dedicated reader can be integrated with the original weighing system to form a complete system to realize the integration of automatic measurement and automatic vehicle number recognition, completely avoiding manual operation.
System process:
1) The green light is on, and the weighing vehicle enters the lane. After the vehicle enters the lane, the red light is on, and the next vehicle is prohibited from entering the lane;
2) The vehicle passes through the entrance induction coil to generate an induction signal. After the reader reads the card, the card information is uploaded to the host database, and the vehicle information is recalled at the same time, and the vehicle weight information is automatically recorded;
3) The vehicle is weighed on the scale, and the display screen displays the weight information of the weighing, and at the same time captures the image information;
4) After the weighing is completed, the vehicle will be released through the ground-sensing coil 2 o’clock barrier;
5) After the vehicle is released, the green light will be on at the same time when the gate is released, allowing the next vehicle to enter;
6) The vehicle after unloading the cargo enters the weighing area again. The weight of this time is compared with the weight of the previous one, and the background software automatically calculates the weight of the unloaded cargo.
3. Application features
The intelligent weighing system uses microwave radio frequency identification technology, electronic truck scale technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, database technology, and computer network technology.
1) Fast information collection speed: the whole system can realize fast weighing, which improves the efficiency of weighing and avoids the phenomenon of overbalance in queuing;
2) Convenient for owners and users: When the driver is overweight, he does not need to stop and then come down to submit the bill as before, and the operator in the weighing room does not need to input information into the computer, which saves valuable time for both parties and reduces The inconvenience of the driver getting off the car and the weighing officer manually inputting information;
3) Blocking human operation loopholes: due to the automatic data reading method, all over-balanced vehicles are automatically recorded by the computer, eliminating manual intervention, automatically recording data, and automatically verifying and releasing;
4) High security: Because the electronic tag in the microwave automatic identification system provides the world’s only unchangeable ID number, this fundamentally eliminates the phenomenon of copying, forgery, and cheating:
5) Long use time: The electronic tag adopts passive technology, no maintenance, long service life, and can be used for 10 years without damage.
