Overview

  After nearly 10 years of experience accumulation and technological improvement, Dunn Technology has launched a new generation of HAECO DGPS application solutions. It adopts centimeter-level RTK GPS positioning technology, and cooperates with self-developed integrated controllers and embedded software to realize equipment positioning and containerization. Position detection, automatic driving and yard management functions.

This system can promote equipment operation automation and operation precision, reduce driver labor intensity, improve safety and reduce accidents:
Equipment positioning function can realize functions such as visual monitoring, equipment scheduling and route planning, trajectory playback and job analysis;
The container position detection function can be integrated with the terminal operation system to determine whether the operation container position is accurate in real time and realize the yard management;
The automatic driving function can realize automatic correction of large vehicles, three-dimensional collision avoidance, and avoid damage to the power supply system, collision collection cards, etc.;

Architecture

  GPS differential reference station: DGPS base station is installed at the high point of the terminal, and the differential data can be distributed through the radio or WIFI network;

Local area wireless positioning system: based on 5.8G wireless positioning technology, high-precision positioning of areas that cannot be covered by GPS is performed in a manner similar to GPS;

Differential mobile station/integrated controller: Installed in the electrical room of working machinery (RTG, RMG, reach stacker, etc.), linking PLC and motor encoder. The box position data is transmitted to the TOS terminal to control the automatic driving of the equipment and return real-time data such as the position and status of the equipment.

Wireless network and data center: The wireless network includes radio network and WIFI network, and the original network facilities of the terminal can be used or expanded. The data center includes a database and DGPS function service software, providing functions such as data storage, visual management, monitoring and scheduling.

Features

  Location detection: calculate the current location of the device in real time through GPS combined with an encoder and send it back to the device management server;
Box position detection: According to the accurate cart position combined with the encoder calculation, the current operating box position is accurately calculated for TOS confirmation;
Autonomous driving: Control RTG’s high-precision automatic deviation correction in the entire port area and various storage yards through independent dedicated software;
Three-dimensional anti-collision: alarm or stop when the tire crane exceeds the safety range, and monitor the lifting height to prevent “bowling”;
Power supply protection: through automatic driving and anti-collision function, protect the power supply equipment of oil-to-electricity or pure electric tire crane from damage;
Yard management: real-time recording of container movement and entry and exit, and accurate update of container stacking data to the management system;
Visualized management: Panoramic display of yard status, real-time update of equipment location and status, and visualized operation management;
(Extensible) Remote monitoring: Collect the status and fault data of the equipment to realize remote monitoring and fault analysis;
