RFID warehouse forklift system
The warehouse forklift system is a derivative application based on RFID technology. The solution integrates the RFID system components on the forklift, and at the same time, it is designed to add sensors to eliminate the erroneous information collected during the RFID antenna reading process, and it is connected to the company’s internal information processing equipment through the Wi-Fi antenna. The warehouse personnel not only greatly shorten the time to find the goods when delivering, transporting, and sending goods, but also carry out reasonable classification and control of the goods. Ultimately achieve the purpose of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and effective control.
The steel structure of the system is sturdy, durable, anti-corrosion, anti-vibration and dust-proof. Its excellent performance enables it to be used for a long time in various harsh environments.
application
The current RFID forklift system is mainly used in the following areas:
1. Deliver pallets in warehouses that have been equipped with racks
Automatically record the precise storage location of the goods without requiring the operator to manually record the location code or scan the bar code. The identification is performed after the pallet loaded with the RFID tag is loaded on the forklift to eliminate the possibility of misreading.
2. Direct transfer
The RFID forklift system can read the label information on the pallet and packaging, and associate it with the warehouse gate, shelf or ground location, providing some convenient operations for direct transfer. This scheme is often used in the loading and unloading process of forklifts, or the process of forklifts in the warehouse section transportation.
3. Receiving/transporting
Pallets can be identified and transported between shelves, segmented areas, warehouse gates and trucks without interruption, avoiding manual verification and barcode scanning. There is no need to increase the cost to establish redundant RFID identification channels or inspection stations, which will only complicate the process and make the warehouse more messy. Read tags on shelves, floors, and walls to identify various warehouse gates, shelves, or floor locations. With the integration of enterprises, goods can be received and transported through a PO number or an advance cargo announcement. This further reduces the need for operator intervention.

structure
The RFID forklift system is implemented by integrating the RFID system components with the forklift (as shown in the figure below), and the system is also integrated with sensors, which are mainly used to eliminate erroneous reading information.
System advantages
1. Improve operator efficiency;
2. Maximize the pallet queue;
3. Improve the utilization rate of forklifts;
4. Reduce the loss of raw materials.
