1. Demand background
The transportation management of the fleet has always been a problem, especially the corresponding bills are required for delivery, loading, and unloading. These paper bills are not easy to save, easy to lose, and it is inconvenient to review. It takes a lot of time for managers. And the effect is mediocre.
Guangzhou Zhongzhi Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. uses RFID Internet of Things technology to develop a “vehicle management system” that uploads real-time information on transportation vehicles and drivers in real time, counts the status of vehicle transportation products, summarizes worker wages, records the status of various equipment, and solves problems for fleet management .
2. Application description
Figure 1 Card issuance process
As shown in Figure 1, the computer is connected to the card issuer through a USB interface. The computer runs “transportation management system” software (hereinafter referred to as “management system”), connects to the Internet, and uploads the card issuance information to the background server.
Figure 2 Handheld device and personnel card
As shown in Figure 2, each vehicle has a specific handheld device, and the device has a number to represent the vehicle; each person has a personnel card that represents identity information. When everyone’s personnel card approaches the handheld device, the handheld device is activated, and you can choose to upload the current vehicle information and cargo information to the back-end system, including the arrival at the cement plant, the type and weight of cement loaded, and the weight at the customer point and unloading Wait. Reflected in the following four major functions.
1. Vehicle registration
The driver binds the identity with the vehicle by swiping the personnel card.
2. Delivery record
After the cement is loaded, the driver confirms the cement plant, cement type, and loading weight, and uploads the corresponding information to the system through the handheld device.
3. Unloading records
After unloading the cement, the driver confirms the customer and the unloaded weight, and uploads the corresponding information to the system through the handheld device.
4. Refueling registration
When refueling, the staff enters the refueling amount of the corresponding vehicle through the handheld device.
Three, equipment introduction
1. Card Issuer
Figure 3 Card issuer
As shown in Figure 3, the card issuer is connected to the computer through a USB interface. During the card issuance process, the ID information of the card is bound with the obtained driver identity information.
2. Personnel card
Figure 4 Personnel card
As shown in Figure 4, each driver holds a personnel card with a smart chip in it that can store the driver’s identity data. Mainly used to activate the handheld device so that the handheld device can work.
3. Handheld devices
Figure 5 Handheld device
As shown in Figure 5, the handheld device is waterproof and dustproof, can be moved at will, can get electricity from the car, and has a backup power supply. When a personnel card approaches the device, the handheld device can be activated and communicate with the server via 3G wireless; after the handheld device is activated, you can upload information such as cement plant, cement type, loading weight, customer point, and unloading weight through selection operations.
Four, software introduction
The cement transportation management system is an intelligent management platform developed in response to the current difficulties in the management of the transportation team. Combining smart hardware devices such as personnel cards, handheld devices and card issuers, it can view the drivers on the transportation vehicles, the type of cement, the loading volume, and the purpose in real time. Information such as land, fueling amount, etc.; at the same time, the system also has the monthly salary details of the construction personnel and the registration and query function of the issuance.
Through this management platform, it is possible to effectively improve management efficiency and reduce management costs, and improve the level of intelligent management.
Figure 6 The login interface of the transportation management system
As shown in Figure 6, the “management system” adopts the B/S architecture and supports remote monitoring. The management center can manage vehicles and drivers across the country.
Figure 7 Real-time operation diagram of vehicle personnel
As shown in Figure 7, management personnel can log in to the background through a connected computer or mobile phone to view the overall situation of the working vehicle in real time, including the driver of each vehicle, the loaded cargo and destination, the fueling status, and the cargo status.
Figure 8 Display effect of driver’s transportation query
As shown in Figure 8, the manager can log in to the background through a computer or mobile phone connected to the Internet to check the number of transportation trips of the corresponding employee in the current month, refueling, and wages that should be paid.
