Most of the goods are entrusted to third-party logistics for distribution, and the supervision problems are prominent; the quality of personnel is uneven, there are problems of theft and fraud, and the management cost is high and cannot be eliminated; the distribution of goods in circulation cannot be understood in time, and problems cannot be reported in time.

In order to solve the management problem of third-party logistics vehicles, we propose a solution for opening and closing the rear door of the carriage based on the intelligent door control of RFID Internet of Things technology.

1. System composition

Main control board: process all kinds of status information, control the door control to close, and upload the information to the communication module;

Intelligent door control: control the opening and closing of the door according to the control signal of the main control board, and feedback the status information (including the opening and closing state of the door and the state of the lock) to the main control board;

GPS module: Obtain geographic location information to prevent the door from being opened in non-designated locations;

RFID module: Obtain the identity card information, which is convenient for the main control board to record and judge the identity and authority of the card reader;

RFID card: also known as an identity card, it is a simple “swiping card” action for users, which simplifies door opening steps and reduces the difficulty of use. The card contains identity information;

Communication module: upload all kinds of information from the main control board to the background server, there are two communication methods, GPRS and 3G;

Back-end server: Collect the data sent back from each car, give alarm prompts for abnormal situations, and generate various statistical reports.

2. System principle

After the vehicle arrives at the designated unloading place, the staff swipes the card, the main control board obtains the ID card ID, records the ID and obtains the geographic location information through GPS, and sends the unlocking control signal to the smart door control to complete the door opening, and then the ID card and geographic location The location, opening time and other information are uploaded to the background server through GPRS or 3G communication module;

When the door is closed, the smart door control sends the door closed information to the main control board, and the main control board uploads the closing time and geographic location information to the back-end server;

The lock status information of the smart door control is to prevent the door from being closed but the lock is artificially blocked, causing the door to not really close. At this time, the system will automatically upload the abnormal situation to the background server and give an alarm;

The background server judges abnormalities according to the set conditions and issues warnings; generates various reports based on statistics; and queries various types of information.

3. System advantages

Convenient operation: The requirements for general on-site operators are not high, and the door can be opened only by swiping a card, reducing personnel requirements and training costs;

Clear responsibilities: automatic recording of time, location, characters and actions, all operations are recorded, and each link can be clearly identified to the individual;

Safe and reliable: Intelligent door control has high reliability and is difficult to damage. After violent opening, the system will automatically upload the abnormality to the background server when the lock is in the closed state and the door is in the open and closed state. In the event of a power failure, the main control board will backup The battery continues to supply power, and the power failure information is uploaded to the background server to alarm;

Real-time feedback: all information is uploaded to the back-end server in time, so that you can know the operation status and abnormal operation of each car in time;

Vehicle tracking: According to the door opening record of each car, the arrival time of the vehicle can be simply tracked.

Fourth, the system can be improved in the future

The current system data is only uploaded and does not accept remote control information. It is only one-way communication. Future improvements can allow the headquarters to set the route of the vehicle. After arriving at the designated location, the headquarters will issue an unlock command to automatically unlock. GPS can track the route of the vehicle in real time to prevent the vehicle from opening. Perform illegal operations in certain places.
