2. Software function module
1. Site Management Module
Define one or more pickup sites and one or more receiving sites in the workshop; bind the RFID antenna (reader) ID used by the site.
2. Route management module
Define the pick-up route, including pick-up site, route site, and receiving site. There can be multiple receiving sites.
3. RFID control module
Assign each RFID antenna and RFID reader a unique identification ID to the system, and read the RFID tags on the AGV passing through each RFID antenna in real time.
4. AGV scheduling module
The system automatically selects the optimal route according to the pick-up order and determines one or more pick-up sites;
The system selects the nearest AGV based on the stopped AGV and the AGV in transit, and sends a dispatch instruction to it;
Every time the AGV passes through a station, the current position of the AGV is fed back to the system through the RFID antenna of the station, and whether to stop at the current station is determined according to the system instructions;
The system automatically realizes collision avoidance and car following according to the distribution of AGVs at each site and the number and length of the carriages.
5. Human-computer interaction module
Display the current arrival car information and delivery note information;
After the user picks up the goods, it is confirmed by the user terminal, and the AGV continues to automatically run to the next site.
6. Pickup order management module
Manual maintenance, or import the pick-up order information from other systems, including pick-up material number, quantity, arrival site and arrival time, etc., and automatically call the AGV scheduling module after verification.
