Product warehouse function
1. Input binding of pallet and cargo: After the palletizing is completed, select the production information pushed by erp by hand, select the corresponding information, enter the number of palletizing pallets, scan the electronic label on the pallet, and after the input is completed, the handheld will pass The mini ribbon printer connected with Bluetooth can perform label printing data. Data fields include: production date, production workshop, production shift, pallets, item quantity, item model, and company to which the item belongs, etc.
2. Location recommendation and location binding: When the forklift pushes the item to the item, the system automatically pushes the recommended location to the forklift personnel, and presents the location on the electronic map. Forklifts operate according to specific conditions. If it is placed in the recommended location, click OK to complete the binding of the product and the warehouse location. If it is not in the recommended location, you need to use the handheld to scan the product cargo and the warehouse location to complete the binding (the entire operation time of this process is about 10 seconds to complete.)
3. Supplementary note on location recommendation: location recommendation comes from two principles. First, similar products should be stacked together. 2. Place items in vacant positions.
4. Goods search: manually input or the system pushes tasks to the forklift handheld device, jump directly to the page for finding goods, find the goods, and display the geographic location of the goods in the warehouse. The forklift can search directly, pull the hand-held gun button on the spot, if the item is in this position, it can vibrate to indicate whether the item is in this position, and there are two methods to confirm whether the item is a picture: Method one, directly scan the short-distance tray chip. Hardware warehouse function
1. Label making in the hardware warehouse: form the product category, product name, manufacturer information, and minimum warning quantity of items into a data sheet, import it into the printer system, and paste the printed label on the site of the hardware warehouse. The label is equipped with four-fold reading (RFID, one-dimensional code, one-dimensional code number, product name reading), which is safe, reliable and convenient.
2. Storage: Just place the item in the corresponding position, read the label, and add the corresponding quantity.
3. Out of the warehouse: only need to read the label with the handheld device, subtract the response quantity of the product, and then take the product.
4. Early warning: When an item is being taken away, when the quantity is less than the preset quantity, the handset will display a reminder.
5. Checking and warning of the quantity in the library: The personnel can check the quantity of each item in the library at the moment on the handheld device. Products with insufficient quantity are reminded in orange. If the product is completely consumed, it will be reminded in red.
6. Increase and decrease categories: When new items are added, new labels are printed out through the printer and recorded in the database. When an item is used up, or is no longer used, the category can be deleted from the system.
7. (Alternative function) Traceability of item recipients in hardware warehouse: the corresponding items and quantity removed from the warehouse will be stored in the waiting list of the handheld. Scan the badge of the person who receives it, tick to select the product and quantity, and click OK to save. Record who took these items.
