Logistics supervision vehicle solutions
[ad_1]
Logistics transportation is ubiquitous in life. In order to ensure the safety of goods in the logistics process, it is necessary to supervise logistics vehicles such as vans and container trucks. At present, it is generally adopted to install lead seals, steel seals or plastic seals on the doors of logistics vehicles. When the goods arrive at the destination, the consignee checks the integrity of the seals to confirm whether the doors are opened illegally. A complete seal proves that the door of the box has not been opened, the goods are safe, and the goods can be received.
Traditional seals do ensure the safety of goods transportation to a certain extent and ensure the benefit of the receiver. However, in view of the relatively simple design of traditional seals, there is no information-based element design, therefore, there are still the following drawbacks in actual use:
Poor anti-counterfeiting ability
Traditional lead seals, steel seals or plastic seals are all purely mechanical seals, and the design is relatively simple, with fewer anti-counterfeiting measures, and it is difficult to load high-strength anti-counterfeiting designs. Therefore, this kind of logistics seal is easy to be imitated, and even presents an industrial chain. The demand side can obtain a seal with the same number in a short time with a phone call. The goods are blatantly stolen or the fake is exchanged for the real, and finally re-implemented. This has caused huge losses to the shipper. However, due to the low anti-counterfeiting of traditional logistics seals, it is difficult for non-professionals to identify fake seals that have been replaced.
Function is too single
With the increasing development of the logistics and transportation industry, the functional requirements for seals are also increasing. In more and more occasions, in addition to the basic functions of traditional lead sealing, fresh sealing or plastic sealing, the seals are also required to have data storage, status monitoring, and automatic entry and exit. Business functions such as identification and weighing association. Pure mechanical seals obviously cannot meet this demand.
Single use
As the business of logistics and transportation becomes more and more complex, there are often multiple cargo carpool transportation, so after arriving at the first shipper, the seal needs to be cut, then it will appear in the transportation of the next few goods because the seal has been cut. However, the doors of the boxes are not properly sealed, which brings safety risks to the goods. Since traditional seals are mostly for one-time use, they cannot meet the requirements of repeated use. Although the cost of traditional seals is relatively low, there are problems in economy and environmental protection in long-term use.
Solution process:
The transportation business of general logistics vehicles includes the following processes, as shown in the following figure:
System function goal
The system needs to achieve the following functional goals:
The electronic blockade has data writing and reading functions, and the storage space must meet the requirements of logistics information.
Electronic blockade records every application/unblocking operation
The electronically blocked data reading and writing and operation equipment should be indoor, outdoor and portable, and use these equipment to complete business operations in different environments
The driving mechanism of electronic blockade application/unblocking must be reliable, and have a certain strength, and cannot be opened by manpower.
The system must have a dynamic password authorization and unblocking mechanism
The wireless communication between system equipment has an encryption mechanism
System software has PC side (B/S architecture) and Android side APP
