1. Introduction of TVSS system and RFID use process

2. Process:

1) Ship to DC

a) Loading the empty car: DC staff use the TVSS terminal to bind the vehicle door and electronic lock (and key), start the monitoring of the electronic lock, and record the actual arrival time of the vehicle; DC staff remove the electronic lock and hang it to the corresponding The door of the car is locked with a paired key, the key is issued to the driver, and the monitoring of these electronic locks is started. b) Not the first time loading: The fixed reader will automatically scan and read the ID number of each electronic lock, switch lock record, and terminal operation data (if any) on the car, and upload it to the TVSS. The TVSS judges whether the electronic lock switch is normal. If the TVSS judges that it is not normal, it will send a warning to the TVSS terminal and record the arrival time of the vehicle.

3) Transit point transportation

Taking the delivery of goods from Guangzhou DC to Wuxi customers as an example, the goods must first be shipped to the carrier’s warehouse in Shanghai, and then part of the goods will be transported to the Wuxi customer in another vehicle.

Vehicles coming from Guangzhou are unloaded in Shanghai. The handheld computer scans and reads the ID number of each electronic lock, the switch time record, and the terminal operation data (if any), determines whether it is opened abnormally, and uploads the data to the TVSS.

4) Recycling of electronic locks

a) Recycling mechanism: The carrier is responsible for sending the reclaimed electronic locks back to the locked factory/DC. The delivery time cannot exceed the time when the customer’s delivery receipt is collected.

b) After receiving the returned electronic lock, the staff use the handheld to scan and read the ID number, opening and closing time record, and terminal operation data (if any) of each electronic lock. After the reading is successful, the data will be cleared and uploaded to TVSS . The handheld cannot modify the records, nor delete part of the records, but it can clear all the records at one time. TVSS judges whether there is abnormal unlocking, and if it is abnormal, it will issue a warning to relevant personnel. If it is normal, the binding between the electronic lock and the vehicle is released, and the monitoring ends.

5) Loading and unloading at the dock: When the vehicle arrives at the dock, the dock staff use the handheld to scan and read the ID number and switch time record of each electronic lock. The handset judges whether there is an abnormal opening, and if so, it sends a warning to the worker. After verification, the staff uses the handheld to write the terminal number, handheld ID number, and write time into the electronic lock. The electronic lock switch must use a key.

6) Electronic lock asset inventory: Electronic locks will be distributed to factories/DCs in proportion to the cargo transportation volume. Asset management personnel use handhelds to perform electronic lock inventory inventory, check battery power, and upload the results to TVSS. From this, TVSS generates reports, including electronic locks in use and in the library. .
