In the logistics warehouse management, the outbound link also adopts the manual warehouse operation mode, manual supervision and management, and data input. Due to the expansion and development of the enterprise, a variety of goods are sent to all parts of the world, which requires a large number of management personnel, and cannot guarantee the requirements of fast and accurate delivery.

RFID technology is used to effectively manage the intelligent logistics out of the warehouse. The RFID-based logistics outbound intelligent management system can monitor whether the forklift is correctly picked up and whether the forklift transportation route is correct in real time. It also combines the warning lights and LED display to remind the forklift driver, plus the handheld to obtain all the cargo information on the truck. 2. System Introduction

2.1. System Principle

The work of this system includes two parts: 1) tag, pallet, forklift and route matching; 2) wireless data transmission.

Labels, pallets, forklifts and route matching can manage the transportation of goods intelligently through the matching of label data and readers.

Pallet and label matching

After the goods are divided into batches, they are placed on the pallet, and the label pasted on the pallet is written into the data through the UHF handset, such as the code number corresponding to the region, which is simple and easy to operate.

The label on the pallet matches the forklift

A UHF reader and an active reader are installed inside the forklift. The UHF reader reads the pallet tags. If the data matches, the forklift is loaded with the goods correctly; otherwise, the red alarm light will sound and the LED display will display reminders such as the forklift loading. . In addition, the active reader can be configured wirelessly through the background server.

Matching of transportation routes and gates

A tag is installed on the door, and the system can wirelessly configure the tag on the door through the back-end server to match it with the forklift. When the forklift reaches the door, the active reader on the forklift obtains the tag information on the door. If the place where the forklift is transported corresponds to the door, the green light will be on; otherwise, the red alarm light will sound, and the LED display will indicate that the forklift transportation route is wrong, etc. language.

  2.2. System structure

  This system is mainly composed of five parts. Firstly, the pallet label data is written in the trailer part, the display screen and the warning light are installed; then the two readers are installed in the forklift part; the gate part has active labels, display screens and alarms.   2.4.1. Write electronic tag data

The electronic label data writing program is the first operation of the entire system. The ID is labeled on the pallet, and the goods information such as the name, quantity and destination of the goods are one-to-one correspondence with the electronic label, and the information is uploaded to the server through the UHF handheld. end.

2.4.2. Automatic identification of electronic tags

The electronic label identification part is the basis of the entire application system, which mainly ensures the accurate delivery of goods and the accurate entry of goods information. The RFID identification system, which is distributed in the three key links of cargo transportation, accurately and quickly sends the cargo to the loading truck through the identification tag, and the cargo information is fed back to the server.

The basic configuration of the electronic tag automatic identification system is a UHF reader and an active reader, which are installed in each forklift and powered by the on-board power supply; each door is equipped with an active tag.

2.4.3. Wireless transmission communication

The system mainly uses the server software to control the wireless configuration parameters of the active reader to complete the data connection of each module and the matching of each module.

Wireless data transmission

Wireless transmission communication is an intermediate bridge connecting the upper level and the lower level. It is mainly responsible for collecting the front-end RFID system (the reader in the forklift) to wirelessly transmit the cargo data information and seamlessly connect it to the back-end information server, exchange and process the data, and transmit the background processing results and instructions in time Operate and execute to the front desk (alarm lights and display screen).

  2.5. System Installation

  2.5.1. Pallet labels

The label is installed on the side or above the pallet at a non-cargo shelter position. The label can be pasted and installed, and the appropriate installation method is selected according to the tray situation.

2.5.2. Forklift Reader

The UHF reader is installed at the front and lower end of the forklift, and the active reader is installed at the back. The reader can be fixed by rivets or screws.

2.5.3. Gate label installation

According to the actual situation, install the label on the upper or side end of the inner side of the warehouse door. The label can be installed hanging or pasted.
