Management process

Unloading management

1. After the vehicle enters the factory, if it does not enter the designated parking space for more than 5 minutes (the system can be set), the system will automatically send a notification to the factory LED screen to display the abnormality of the vehicle not entering the parking space, and statistical report;

2. The system automatically recognizes the vehicle entering the parking space (judging that the vehicle information collected within 3 minutes (the system can be set) is spam information), as long as the vehicle does not stay in the parking space for more than 3 minutes, the system does not collect vehicle information;

3. The system records the vehicle unloading time and displays the license plate number of the vehicle occupied by the parking space on the LED screen in the factory. If the vehicle does not leave within the specified unloading time (the unloading time for each parking space can be set in the system), the system will automatically send a text message to Relevant personnel, and alarm and notify the on-site operators (voice prompt), automatically generate notifications and display them on the LED screen of the logistics door, notify the abnormal situation of the parking spaces of the vehicles waiting to enter the factory, and statistical reports (the parking spaces and vehicles can be statistically generated);

4. When the vehicle leaves the parking space and does not leave the factory for 5 minutes (the system can be set), the system will automatically send a notification to the factory LED screen to show that the vehicle did not leave the factory in time, and make a statistical report.

Statistical Analysis

1. Real-time query of vehicle data, driver information and vehicle entry and exit conditions, and statistics of vehicle arrivals, entry, and delivery times by day, month, and year can also be flexibly created and set up different filter conditions for statistical query;

2. Query the data of early and late vehicles, make statistics by day, month, and year, generate reports, vehicle arrivals, and rank the on-time rate of vehicles to the factory according to the unit, parking space, and vehicle statistics report;

3. Statistical report on parking space occupancy status, which can query parking records according to vehicles, vehicle parking records and unloading time ranking statistical reports according to parking spaces;

4. The vehicle enters the factory overtime and does not enter the designated parking space, the vehicle statistics report;

5. The vehicle unloading time is too long, and the report is generated according to the statistics of the vehicle and the parking space;
