Three, operation process

Arrival: When the tanker arrives at the terminal, the staff will use the handheld PDA reader to confirm the electronic lock. After confirming that there is no illegal information, the staff will unlock the electronic lock. The oil drain procedure can then be carried out normally. If there is any illegal information system in the confirmation process, it will automatically alarm to the monitoring center.
