1. System overview

2. The working principle of the system
This system is developed on the basis of Smartkey channel control technology. It is a high-tech product integrating computer automatic control technology, radio frequency automatic identification technology, sensor technology, and IC card induction reading and writing technology. This system requires that each car that needs to be weighed be equipped with a long-distance electronic label, which is pasted on the windshield of the car. Install a receiving antenna on the side or top of the truck scale, and connect the reader and the antenna with a dedicated cable.
The workflow of the system is as follows:
(1) When a car enters the weighing channel of the truck scale, the vehicle detector installed at the crossing immediately senses that there is a car entering, and transmits the signal to the barriers and traffic lights in front. The barriers are immediately closed and the signal lights turn red. , Prompts the driver to drive slowly, and at the same time requires the weighing instrument and reader to start working.
(2) When the electronic tag on the vehicle enters the reading range of the reader, the information of the vehicle will be transmitted to the host through the antenna-the reader. After verifying that the “vehicle identity” is legal, the control signal light will send out the correct Signal, instruct the electronic scale to start transmitting weight information; at the same time, the camera is used to monitor whether the vehicle is parked at the designated position and to capture the image of the vehicle. If the vehicle is parked normally, the weighing signal can be accepted by the computer.
(3) When the host receives the ID number (corresponding to an identification code) and weight information, it accurately records and backs up the relevant information; then, the system sends an instruction to the controller, and the relay on the controller acts to open the barrier, and at the same time The signal traffic light turns green. The vehicle can drive away from the truck scale channel.
(4) Unload at the designated location, and re-identify at the exit of the system after completion.
(5) The host transmits the vehicle-related information to the data management center, and they finally complete the data processing and statistical tasks, and then send the data to the designated place through the local area network.

1.Information collection automation
The weighing data output by the vehicle scale and the electronic tag card number installed on the vehicle are processed by related equipment and transmitted to the computer. The computer immediately displays the weight of the cargo carried by the car and stores it in the computer’s database. Users can perform operations such as querying, summarizing, and printing according to their needs, thereby realizing information collection automation.

Four, system composition
The intelligent weighing management system is composed of two parts: electronic measurement and computer monitoring and management. The electronic measurement part is mainly composed of weight sensors and weighing display instruments, which mainly complete the functions of weight data collection and communication with the upper computer. The computer monitoring and management part is composed of computers, printers, radio frequency identification systems, controllers, barriers, and vehicle detection. Features
(1) Easy to use. SKRD900 is a relatively “dumb” product. Generally, it only needs to connect the reader to the application controller and receive data according to the standard Wiegand26/34 or simple RS485 protocol.
(2) Wiegand data output. Because Wiegand interface is the de facto standard of IC card application industry, SKRD900 provides Wiegand data output interface, which can facilitate the integration of long-distance automatic identification technology with existing low-frequency IC card applications.

(7) Anti-dismantling and anti-counterfeiting: Each electronic label card has a unique ID number in the world, this number cannot be re-encoded or modified, eliminating the phenomenon of copying, forgery and cheating. The electronic label card is glued together with the car glass with special glue. If it is disassembled, the electronic label will be destroyed (anti-disassembly function) to ensure the one-to-one correspondence between the license plate number and the card number, thus completely solving the problem of confidentiality and anti-counterfeiting.
