1. Background and mission
1.1 Background
In order to realize the efficient operation of commercial delivery scanning and code-to-bar, tobacco business companies also need to change the current existing logistics and warehousing model as little as possible. When using pallets as carriers for multiple cigarettes, RFID pallet identification associations are adopted. The way of cigarette information enables the cigarette barcode information collection system to collect relevant information simply and quickly, and it is necessary to consider that the application of RFID can be organically combined with the company’s existing storage system (such as a warehouse electronic map system).
This project is aimed at the actual needs of commercial companies for scanning and coding to barcodes on commercial arrivals, combined with the application characteristics of RFID, such as non-contact, large storage capacity, and fast reading speed, to carry out RFID applications for commercial companies that combine coding to stacking. Designed.
The main purpose is to use the background database to associate the electronic tag with the cigarette information on the tray where the electronic tag is attached.
Apply large-capacity electronic tags to make the relevant information between the electronic tags and the barcode information of the cigarettes. Corresponding to the electronic label and the cigarette information on the tray, the barcode information of the entire tray of cigarettes can be obtained by collecting the data of the electronic label.
Commercial enterprises collect the barcode information of each package of cigarettes when the cigarettes arrive commercially to realize commercial arrival scanning. At the same time, the collected cigarette barcode information and the electronic label representing the pallet identification are built into stacking information, and this stacking information After being compressed and encrypted, it is stored in the data area of the electronic tag of the RFID application. The ID number of the electronic tag on the tray is associated with the barcode information of the cigarette placed on it, and then the cigarette and the tray are as a whole in an associated form Store and circulate inside the enterprise; if the cigarettes on the pallet are changed during the storage and circulation of the enterprise, the stacking information of the electronic label and the barcode information of the cigarettes on the pallet in the electronic label data area needs to be updated to ensure the stacking information Real-time accuracy; in the barcode-to-bar application, the barcode information of the unpacked cigarettes needs to be collected. At this time, the electronic label representing the tray identification can be scanned, and the stacking information of the cigarette and the cigarette barcode in the electronic label data area , Collect the barcode information of all cigarettes in the entire tray simply and quickly.
Combine the stack information of the electronic label and cigarette barcode information with the corresponding warehouse management system (such as warehouse electronic map system, digital warehouse management system), so that the warehouse can be managed to the area (location), to the pallet, and to the cigarette. And so on, to provide the inventory efficiency of the cargo space, and effectively reduce the error of the cargo inventory.
1.2 Types of pallets
The pallets used in the tobacco industry mainly include plastic pallets and wooden pallets.
In order to meet the requirements of industrialized production and product consistency, plastic pallets are selected to make electronic pallets.
1.3 The concept of electronic tray
The logistics industry is vigorously promoting RFID identification, especially in the tobacco industry. China Tobacco has launched RFID pallet management throughout the country. In logistics, each piece (large box) has adopted RFID electronic tags as identification signs.
In order to standardize the management of RFID pallets in tobacco logistics, RFID electronic tags should be introduced from the production of pallets. We call pallets with RFID electronic tags that can be automatically identified by the RFID system as electronic pallets.
The so-called electronic tray is to embed electronic tags and RFID readers in the plastic tray.
2. RFID technology and standard selection
2.1 Introduction to RFID principle
RFID radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification Technology) is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which automatically recognizes the target object and obtains related data through radio frequency signals, and the identification work does not require human intervention. The basic working principle of the system is: the reader sends a certain frequency radio frequency signal through the transmitting antenna. After the electronic tag enters the magnetic field, it receives the radio frequency signal sent by the reader, and uses the energy obtained by the induced current to send out the cargo information stored in the chip. (Passive Tag, passive tag or passive tag), or actively send a signal of a certain frequency (Active Tag, active tag or active tag); after the reader reads and decodes the information, it is sent to the central information system for relevant data deal with. The main system judges the legitimacy of the electronic tag according to the logic operation, makes corresponding processing and control for different settings, and sends out instruction signals to control the execution action.
RFID technology is the core technology of the future Internet of Things.
The basic composition of the RFID system is shown in the figure below, including three parts: electronic tags, readers, and computer systems.
The common connection ports between the reader and the computer are RS232 serial port, RJ45 network port, etc. The equipment manufacturer provides reader test software, which can complete the basic card reading and writing operations.
3. The design scheme (solution) of the electronic tray
3.1 Composition
The electronic tray is composed of two parts: plastic tray and RFID electronic device. So we say that the electronic tray is to embed the RFID electronic device in the plastic tray. The RFID electronic device includes two parts: 433M active electronic tag and 900M passive electronic tag reader.
3.2 Pallet door recognition
Using active 433M electronic tags as a means of identifying tags through the warehouse gate, it can be identified at a longer distance and with high signal strength. When the pallet passes through the warehouse gate, the 433M active electronic label reader installed at the gate quickly recognizes the electronic label on the pallet, the 433M electronic label on the pallet and transmits the electronic label ID number of the goods on the pallet to the 433M reader. In this way, all goods passing through the gate will be automatically identified, and the data will be transmitted to the information system through the computer connected to the 433M reader and stored in the database.
3.3 Shelf identification
Install a small 900M passive reader on the tray to read the 900M electronic tags placed on the cigarette box (piece) on the tray. The 900M reader/writer transmits the read information to the 433M active electronic tag, and the 433M electronic tag sends the information of the 900M electronic tag of the cigarette carton to the 433M reader.
Post a 900M passive electronic label on the shelf. When the pallet is placed on the shelf, the 900M reader on the pallet will identify the shelf electronic label and send it to the 433M electronic label. The 433M electronic label sends the goods information and shelf location information to 433M for reading Device.
Place several 433M readers evenly on the roof of the warehouse, such as 4 corners of the roof, or place one in the center of the roof of the warehouse. Since the 433M reading recognition distance is more than tens of meters, it can collect the electronic tray information on all the shelves, eliminating the need for inventory work, and can get the information of all the items on the warehouse shelves at any time.
3.4 Assembling the electronic tray
The electronic tray is a combination of a plastic tray and an RFID electronic device. The RFID electronic device is a whole, produced by Shulun Technology, and installed in plastic pallets by partner manufacturers. The plastic pallet is processed and produced by Xuchang Tobacco Machinery Factory, and a special RFID electronic device installation structure is designed. The electronic device can be easily loaded and unloaded on the plastic pallet.
When the battery of the electronic device becomes low, remove the electronic device and install a fully charged electronic device.
Shulun Technology provides solutions for system implementation. The most difficult point of RFID application is the design of the front end of RFID collection. The key to system implementation is the recognition rate of the collection end. In the application of electronic pallets, the difficulty lies in the gate, pallets and goods batch, fast, and Reliable and fully recognized.
4.Competitive advantages
(1) High recognition rate: As the key to the implementation of the RFID system is to collect the recognition rate of the front end, our 433M electronic tag has a strong signal and has a very high recognition rate when passing through the warehouse door.
(2) Binding of goods and electronic pallets: In the current system, the binding of goods and pallets is recorded in the computer system by personnel. Once entered, there is no automatic means of review. The electronic pallet is equipped with a 900M card reader, which can automatically check the goods on the pallet at any time, and can eliminate manual errors.
(3) Goods positioning: As there is a 900M reader on the electronic pallet and UHF electronic tags are posted on the shelf, the electronic pallet can get its position at all times, and send it to the 433M reader through the 433M electronic tag, and the 433M reader can It can reliably identify distances of several tens of meters, and only need to arrange 5 433M readers in a large factory.
