1. The macro-control of the raw tobacco industry needs to be strengthened; at present, it has not been possible to provide effective data support for the macro-control of the industry’s raw tobacco production, allocation, storage, and feeding.
2. The logistics information system of all links of raw cigarettes has not yet realized interconnection; it is impossible to realize the visual management and quality traceability management of raw cigarettes in the whole process of logistics supply.
3. The storage information management of raw cigarettes is relatively weak; in terms of raw cigarettes in and out of storage and warehouse management, the refined management and macro-transparent management of on-site operations have not been realized.
