2. Features

After changing the concept, focus on the process and supervision through the “import, sell, and store” system. The collection of system data will be scattered at different times, locations, and at any time.That is, every piece of data is entered into the system on the day it is generated, and as the business behavior progresses, the attributes of the data are also changing.

The data in the plan becomes the result data. For example, the equipment planned to be purchased becomes the equipment already purchased, and the quantity and price of the equipment planned to be purchased become the quantity and price of the equipment already purchased.

Barcode and RFID technology are used to manage the goods in the inventory, to realize the minimum unit tally of equipment, and the computerization of equipment placement, which reduces the burden of warehouse management and improves work efficiency.

*According to the current inventory status, reasonable arrangements can be made for delivery, and the planner can be notified of the shortage in time.

Third, the architecture

CCS can operate as an independent system, but also as a component of the user unit planning management system or ERP system (collectively referred to as the “environmental system”).

According to the different application requirements of various users, we have designed different system operation modes.

3.1 Stand-alone mode

The stand-alone operation mode is suitable for users whose systems operate independently and whose management scope is relatively concentrated, and can be upgraded when conditions are sufficient in the future.

3.2 Remote communication mode

The remote communication mode is upgraded in the stand-alone mode, which can manage multiple remote devices, and is suitable for users with a large range of points in the warehouse.

3.3 Network operation mode

The network operation mode is suitable for the operation mode that has a centralized server and requires multiple login points, but the warehouse range is relatively concentrated for users.

3.4 Mixed operation mode

The mixed operation mode is a comprehensive application of the above remote communication mode and network operation mode. It is suitable for the warehouse system to cooperate with other systems. However, the warehouse has multiple points and long lines and a large range, or users who implement the entire industry management. The mixed operation mode combines the characteristics of remote communication mode and network operation mode.
