I. Introduction
The Imperial Palace of Shenyang is located in the center of the old city of Shenyang. It is a palace built and used by Qing Taizu Nurhachi and Qing Taizong Huang Taiji. It covers an area of more than 60,000 square meters and has more than 300 buildings in total, making up more than 20 courtyards. According to its layout, it can be divided into three parts: East Road, Middle Road and West Road. With the middle road as the main body, the east and west roads are the two wings. The Forbidden City of Shenyang is one of the two existing imperial palace complexes in China. Its historical value and artistic value are second only to the Forbidden City in Beijing. A large number of domestic and foreign tourists come here, and the passenger flow of the Forbidden City is increasing day by day. Ticket management has also become important, and an effective management method is needed.

2. Company profile
Kaitai Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. was established in September 2002. It is a sole proprietorship invested and established in China by CANTECHS GROUP INTERNATIONAL, INC., which specializes in the development and production of RFID technology and its products. enterprise.
Kaitai Technology is located in Hunnan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shenyang, China. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has an existing construction area of 10,000 square meters. Its main products include a variety of RFID electronic tags, inspection sticks, handheld terminals, water controllers, city cards, parking controllers and access control machines, etc., and more than 20 kinds of radio frequency products, and have developed a number of management information with industry characteristics. The system has been widely used in the fields of water, electricity, gas public utility charges, industry, commerce, education, medical treatment, tobacco, logistics, catering, hotels, government agencies and other fields.

Three, system introduction
With the rapid development of social economy, tourism has become an increasingly popular way of leisure, and tourism has become the world’s third largest industry after petroleum and automobile industries, and is recognized as a bright sunrise industry with a bright future. Tourist attractions tickets and other related tertiary industry revenues have become and will continue to be important fiscal revenues of the local government. Good management and use of tickets can not only avoid revenue loss, but also improve the overall management level of the tourism industry.
The scenic area ticket management system launched by Kaitai Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. fully integrates automatic identification technology, network technology, database technology, embedded technology, electromechanical control technology, and can be closely integrated with user management mode. The system can well strengthen the management of scenic spots tickets, realize the flow generation of tickets, barcode recognition, can prevent the reuse of tickets and the existence of fake tickets, and can also realize the sale of tickets, ticket inspection, and ticket information summary and statistics.

4. Analysis of the original ticketing system
The existing ticketing system is a system developed and maintained by Beijing New AVIC Wuzhou Technology Co., Ltd. This system has been in operation for more than a year. During this period, some problems have been exposed. Can’t be prepared to judge the quantity; it is very difficult to increase the ticket sales outlets, and the quality of after-sales service of Beijing New AVIC Wuzhou Technology is not high. Therefore, the Forbidden City requires that the existing system be improved, some shortcomings can be solved, and quick and thoughtful after-sales service can be obtained. For this reason, my technical staff analyzed the existing ticketing system, considering that the existing operators are already very familiar with the operation of the system, so I decided to re-develop a system, but the interface style and operation method of the new system should be the same as the existing system. Keep consistent, make some improvements in functions, optimize the functions of the original system, and solve the shortcomings of the current system.
After studying the current system, the following are summarized:
1.The current system ticket system is divided into three main subsystems: server summary system, ticketing system, and ticket inspection
system.
2. System database server: Windows2000 Server +SQLServer2000
3. The summary system includes the following functions:
(1) Classification and summary (day, month, year)
(2) Statistics of ticket sales (on the day, class end)
(3) Statistics of ticket inspection data (statistics of visitors entering the door)
(4) Other statistics (replay statistics)
(5) Department staff management (employee attendance check)
(6) System management (ordinary ticket printing setting, VIP ticket printing setting, ticket management, attraction management, travel agency management, customer source management, leader management, login user)
4.Real-time ticketing system
(1) Common ticket sales (combined ticket, ordinary ticket, group ticket, free ticket, special ticket, tour guide ticket, VIP card, replacement ticket)
(2) Special ticket sales (reprinted tickets)
(3) Data query (ticket data query, reprint data query, ticket audit query)
(4) Class end processing (class end, class end query)
(5) System settings (ordinary ticket settings, VIP ticket settings, change password, exit)
5.Ticket checking system
(1) Scanner, database, control panel connection status display
(2) Ticket check shows the face information (ticket type, ticket number, ticket purchase time, entrance site, entrance time)
(3) Judging the number of passing personnel (automatically judging the number of passing personnel)
(4) Voice prompt
6.Existing ticketing machine model: TEC B-452-TS12-CN or other equivalent functioning ticketing machine
7. Existing scanner model: CCD Model 1100 CN11B1 serial port or other scanners with the same energy attack.

Five, the new system design goals
Through the analysis of the existing system, we propose the design goal of the new system: follow the interface style and operation mode of the current system, optimize the functions of the original system, and solve the shortcomings of the current system. Provide good system expansion functions and excellent after-sales service support.

6. Problems in the current system
1. In the light-sensing part of the ticket inspection, after the ticket is normally put in, the system judges that the ticket is valid, and the motor opens the channel. At this time, an infrared photosensitive part is blocked.
2.After opening the channel, when no one enters, the door should automatically close after 5 seconds
3.Three-roll mill exports are often not in place
4.Cannot increase ticket sales and ticket gates

7. Estimation of New Ticket System Software Development Workload
1.Analysis of the original system: 5 working days
2.Summary software: 10 working days
3.Real-time ticketing system: 8 working days
4.Ticket inspection system: 5 working days
5.Design adjustment of ticket printing pattern: 3 working days
6.Adjustment of data communication protocol with control board: 3 working days
7.Overall test: 4 working days
8.Difficult problem solving (including research on the control of special equipment such as ticket printing machines, scanners, etc., mainly because my technicians have not contacted them and need temporary learning): 2 working days
Total: 42 working days

8. Improved working hours of control panel:
It takes 20 working days to design and manufacture three control boards
