1. The system can adapt to the needs of users with a variety of water control modes, such as apartment bathing, boiling water room water, public bathrooms, etc. For different water control modes, water controllers (such as timing and metering) and management parameters can be set for different management methods ( Basic water price, etc.), with strong versatility and adaptability.

2. The system adopts hierarchical management for the management of the water controller, and there are two-level management machines under it. The operating efficiency of the water control business system has been improved. In terms of business group management, a two-level business group has been set up to facilitate the analysis of the water control business situation and the management of the water control device.

3. The system is more flexible in the management of the operating water price of the water control business, and the operating water price can be set according to the different identities of consumers and the consumption situation of different water control modes.

4. The system operates in a 24-hour operation mode, which monitors the running status of all water controllers in real time, and can flexibly control the status of the water controllers—locking and unlocking the water controllers in batches. During the business process, the operator transfers shifts without stopping the system.

5. System account management functions such as account query, card issuance, account opening, account withdrawal, loss reporting, unlinking, card replacement, modification, error correction, subsidies and other operations. 6. The water control system has two operation modes: independent operation and connected with rice selling system. When the system is running independently, the account management is all effective. The water control system only realizes the account query function and records all the business transaction flows sent to the sixth-generation system. The system’s business statistical analysis function includes statistical analysis of consumption and deposits by individual; consumption and deposits by department; consumption and deposits by identity; all business consumption and deposits by unit; and business status by business teams. (1) The main body of the system

1. Microcomputer.

The built-in “Golden Dragon Card Water Control System” software is used for parameter management of the water control system; card information management; various report management; operator information management; database management, etc.

2. Water controller.

The main function of the water controller is to control whether to supply water and billing during the water supply period. Specifically, it reads and verifies card information; displays working status and information; is responsible for communication with intelligent cascade devices and systems; manages and controls execution devices; stores and memorizes water transaction information; water controller and system communication adopt RS-485 communication . The water controller adopts anti-drain and splash-proof design as a whole. The water controller adopts isolated DC low-voltage power supply to ensure safe use.

The water controller can only read one type of card, and the water controller model should be selected according to the type of card used by the user.

The timing type water controller is charged according to the time of opening the valve to supply water, and the meter type water controller is charged according to the amount of water flowing through. The cost of the timing water controller is lower than that of the metering type, and the billing accuracy is relatively low.

3. Universal charge card reader.

The main function of the universal charge card reader is to read and verify card information for registration, inquiries, and purchase of water charges.

There are different models of universal charge card readers, corresponding to different card types. The card type used should be the same as that of the water controller.

4. The first-level management machine.

The main function of the first-level management machine is to transfer data, working status, and work instructions of the water control system, and to exchange data with the computer; and to transfer data to the second-level management machine. RS-232 serial communication is used for communication with computer; RS-485 communication is used for intelligent cascade or secondary management machine.

When the number of system water controllers is less than 100, it can be directly driven by the first-level management machine, and the second-level management machine is not used.

5. Secondary management machine.

The main function of the secondary management machine is to adopt a hierarchical structure to solve the contradiction between RS-485 machine quantity and response speed. The second-level management machine can perform water control system data transfer, working status transfer, work instruction transfer, water-controller communication management, and data exchange with the first-level management machine. RS-485 serial communication is used with the first-level management machine; RS-485 communication is also used with the intelligent cascade device.

When the number of water controllers is greater than 100, a second-level management machine is added, and the second-level management machine adopts a dial switch to set the management machine number. The number ranges from 01 to 60, and the secondary management machine in a system must not have duplicate numbers.

6. Intelligent cascade device.

The main function of the intelligent cascade is to isolate the communication, improve the communication load capacity, determine the working status of the communication line, and provide a low-voltage safe DC power supply for the water controller. The communication input and communication output of the intelligent cascade are RS-485, the power input of the cascade is AC220V, and the output is DC12V2A isolated DC.

7. Four-way transfer box.

The main function of the four-way adapter box is to connect the communication line of the system and the water controller to ensure the long-term stability of the wiring head. Generally, the water controller works in harsh environments (high temperature, high humidity, splashing), so the four-way junction box has a waterproof design.

8. Number card.

The function of the number card is to set a specific number for the water controller for the system to distinguish and manage. The “+, -” number card can adjust the opening amount of the valve, so as to control the size of the water flow, so that the different water outlets are as balanced as possible. The number card is composed of 12 cards from 1, 2, 3 to 9, 0, +, -.

The type of the number card should be the same as the type of card used by the water controller.

When the water controller is locked, using the number card will not change the machine number, but can be unlocked. The machine number can be changed after unlocking.

Note: The EM card water controller uses the photoelectric number card to set the number.

9. Base table

The base meter currently used is an integrated water meter with a valve. The main function is to measure the flow of water flowing through; visually display and transform the flow signal into an electrical signal through a signaling device to provide intelligent remote measurement and control; close or open the valve through the actuator to achieve the ultimate goal of controlling the flow of the pipeline. The control signal of the valve is provided by the water controller.

10. Valve

The main function of the valve is to control the on and off of the water flow to achieve the purpose of billing and water cut without money. When the pressure of the pipeline does not change or the pressure does not change much, the water flowing through the pipeline is proportional to the water passing time. The purpose of controlling billing is achieved by controlling the time of opening and closing the valve. The control signal of the valve is provided by the water controller, and the valve is driven by the motor deceleration mechanism.

Dial ON at the 8th position and OFF at the 7th position, with a metered water controller available. On the contrary, the 8th bit is turned OFF and the 7th bit is ON, indicating the timing type. Note that when it is officially used, the 8th and 7th bits must be kept in the OFF position, otherwise free water will be used.
