1 Demand analysis:

The existing supervisory information system is a pure software system. All police information is static data in the system. Once the police officer’s personal information is entered into the system, it will basically remain unchanged unless he (she) leaves the unit. ; For detainees, it is not possible to conduct real-time monitoring of the detainees, such as entering the detention center, interrogation, talking, foreign labor and other activities.

The wireless patrol and detainee guard system must have the following functions:

The whole system uses radio frequency technology and RS485 bus technology as the core, and the host server is the central device. It has map editing, system configuration, data communication, detainee access matching, police patrol, detainee monitoring, map display and other functions; the system At the same time, it has the functions of docking supervision information system, remote release, and monitoring system, access control system, alarm system and other linkage functions.

The server is connected to the public security private network via a standard network interface to realize remote publishing, information system synchronization functions, and monitoring linkage functions.

The server and the downstream repeater are connected by the RS485 bus, and the repeater and the downstream communication substation are also connected by the RS485 bus. This type of bus has the characteristics of simple wiring and convenient networking.

The communication substation uses wireless radio frequency technology to communicate with the wireless wristband and the police identification terminal, and the communication frequency band is 433MHz.

The system can check the attendance of the patrolling police, and statistically output the monthly attendance reports, and print out the activities of the detainees in the form of reports, providing data statistics guarantee for a series of management of the detention center.

2 System design description

2.1 System composition

The whole system is composed of server (management system), signal transmission, main equipment: repeater, communication substation, police identifier, wireless wristband, protocol gateway, etc. The design is described from the following aspects:

(1) Server (management system): Mainstream configuration computer, memory above 1G; the core part of the entire system, provides a software management platform.

(2) Signal transmission: transmission method, transmission medium, network topology.

(3) The main equipment is the necessary equipment for the system independently developed by our company.

2.2 System function

The system has the functions of map editing, system configuration, data communication, detainee entry and exit matching, police patrol, detainee monitoring, and system linkage.

Configure the attribute relationship between the repeater and the communication substation.

Read the database.

System configuration and data communication

Complete the serial port configuration function and read the time configuration.

Complete round-robin data communication with the downlink repeater.

Remote synchronization and matching of detainees’ entry and exit

It can be synchronized with the remote supervision information system to read real-time detainee information.

It can judge the patrol records of police officers every 20 minutes and check attendance.

Query historical trajectory of police patrol records.

Statistic and replay the alarm data during the tour.

Detainee monitoring

Monitor all actions of detainees in the detention center, such as interrogation, interviews, medical treatment, and labor.

Display the bet amount of the detention center.

Complete positioning and people counting functions for different areas.

Differentiate detainees of different natures, such as convicted prisoners, undecided prisoners, key detainees, critically ill prisoners, and prisoners of special cases, etc.

Perimeter warning, detainees will alarm once they enter the perimeter warning area.

System linkage

It can be linked with the monitoring system, but when the police and detainees alarm, the monitoring screen can be popped up.

The monitoring can be saved and replayed.

When detainees arrive near the guard gate without permission, they can link with the gate to close the gate.

2.3 System Architecture

The system is equipped with the following areas of the detention center: each prison room, the aisle of the prison area on the first floor, the inspection road inside and outside the second floor, the aisle of the interrogation room, and the correctional office. The overall framework of the system is shown in the figure below:

The management system connects to the switch of the detention house through a standard network interface, realizes remote information synchronization and remote release functions through the internal public security network, and can access the monitoring data of the hard disk video recorder through the network, and controls the access control system and the alarm system through the protocol gateway to achieve system linkage.
